Business Development Officer

We are hiring a Business Development Officer to support company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client partnerships, conducting sales activities, and working closely with the sales team to expand market presence. This is a full-time on-site role located in Quezon City.

Core Purpose

To support the company's growth by expanding market reach, driving revenue opportunities, strengthening market presence, and maintaining consistent engagement with new potential clients.

Role Description

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for;

• Identify new clients and business opportunities
• Conduct outbound and onsite sales calls
• Build and manage client relationships
• Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals
• Develop strategies to improve sales performance
• Conduct market and industry research
• Support sales and marketing activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology or any Science or Medical Allied course
• With experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Able to build and maintain client relationships
• Willing to conduct outbound and onsite sales calls
• Familiar with market research and lead generation
