Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth YVP Limited is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager for a remote contract role to expand our market presence and build meaningful partnerships.
In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and analyze market trends to drive growth. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The position also requires close collaboration with internal teams to align client needs with company services and deliver tailored solutions that create long-term value.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and identify emerging trends
- Create and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives
- Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships
- Present tailored solutions that address client needs and business goals
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure agreements
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
- Share market insights and client feedback to enhance services and offerings
- Demonstrate strong sales, negotiation, and business development expertise
- Utilize CRM tools and sales software effectively
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive results
- Communicate confidently with excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities
- Work independently in a remote environment with high accountability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 35 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, strategic, and results-oriented
