Job Description

The Business Development Manager manages and solicits loyalty from high performing accounts by establishing strategic relationships with key partners. Mitigate issues independently. He/she demonstrates awareness of the market and solid understanding of ALL the company's products and services to provide consultative inputs to both internal and external partners. Must already be a team player and have an understanding of the company goals on top of his/her own.

Responsibilities

  • Key Accounts Management
  • Provide intelligent business and technical consultations to Accounts.
  • Work with Key accounts to draw out plans and solutions roadmap.
  • Conduct Roadshows and consultations to different stakeholders across organizations of key accounts.
  • Efficiently manage all key accounts without straining relationships with other accounts.
  • Business Development
  • Identify pain points and provide the best possible solution to create a need that may or may not be there in the beginning.
  • Assist other team members in selling /closing deals
  • Present and face C-level decision makers.
  • Responsible for providing intelligent and business consultations and solutions to internal and external clients
  • Proactive Solutions Selling
  • Understand and evaluate partners products and services
  • Establish self as go-to consultant to Yondu's prospects and clients
  • Create solution proposal with partner products component
  • Recommend new potential partner products
  • Help his/her assigned BU to spot and close opportunities by building the capabilities and the skills of his/her team.
  • Other Key Responsibilities
  • Makes sure that dependencies across Business and Support teams are addressed to deliver client requirement while protecting the Company's best interest.
  • Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings and market needs
  • Helps in planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
  • Responsible for coaching and assisting team members achieve their targets
  • Responsible for stepping in for BDD and his/her duties in his/her absence

Minimum Qualifications

  • Related Experience At least 3 years of experience in the field
  • Experience in working with senior management both internal and external
  • Must have experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment
  • Proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads and account management
