Business Development Manager

Job Description

Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and pursuing strategic power sector investment opportunities to support the company's growth objectives. The role leads project pre-development activities including financial modeling, due diligence, stakeholder coordination, and participation in competitive selection processes. It works closely with internal teams, consultants, and external partners to develop project roadmaps, manage project timelines, and mitigate risks throughout the development lifecycle. The position also contributes to strategy formulation by analyzing market trends, investment opportunities, and project feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5–7 years of experience in business development, project development, or investment analysis within the power or energy sector.
• Strong experience in financial modeling, project evaluation, investment analysis, and project development coordination.
• Familiarity with power sector regulations, project permitting processes, and competitive selection mechanisms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
