Role Description

The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to drive sales growth. Key tasks include market analysis, managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.

  • Experience in market analysis, client prospecting, and contract negotiation
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Prior experience in the outsourcing or offshoring industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
