Job Description

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving Luxuri Pets commercial growth through strategic partnerships, membership expansion, and revenue-generating initiatives. This role focuses on building high-value relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and supporting the development of Luxuri Pets as the leading luxury pet wellness brand.

The ideal candidate is a strong deal-maker with experience in partnerships, premium brands, or multi-location business environments.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with:
  • Luxury malls and commercial spaces
  • Premium residential developments
  • Lifestyle and wellness brands
  • Veterinary and pet care partners
  • Pet product and retail brands
  • Support positioning of Luxuri Pets as the premium standard in pet wellness
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes

Expansion Support

  • Assist in identifying high-potential locations for clinic expansion
  • Coordinate with developers, landlords, and mall leasing teams
  • Support lease negotiations and partnership structuring
  • Conduct market and site analysis to guide expansion decisions

Membership Growth

  • Develop partnership-led membership strategies
  • Build relationships with VIP clients and corporate partners
  • Support membership pricing, packaging, and value proposition

Revenue Growth Initiatives

  • Identify and execute new revenue streams, including:
  • Retail and product collaborations
  • Brand partnerships
  • Wellness and service packages
  • Concierge pet services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to launch and scale initiatives

Relationship & Network Building

  • Build and maintain a strong network across:
  • Real estate developers
  • Luxury and lifestyle sectors
  • Hospitality and wellness brands
  • Represent Luxuri Pets in industry events and partnership discussions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles
  • Experience in luxury, hospitality, retail, real estate, fitness, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of premium customer experience and membership-based models
