Job Description


  1. Shall function as a playing coach for Quadsys and TAWItech sales teams;
  2. Ensures sales targets are reached by the whole team;
  3. Ensures every client presentation is relevant, updated, and engaging;
  4. Setting of itineraries every Monday ensuring productive client visits/meetings every time; 
  5. Attends to client inquiries, requests and concerns;
  6. Negotiates with clients on price, commercial terms and service package inclusions;
  7. Prepares cost-benefit analysis for marketing and sales blitz
  8. Leads sales staff in prospecting, searching for prospective clients, setting client meetings, introducing products and services by phone or directly in person; and conducting sales blitz when warranted;
  9. Conducts sales presentations, ensuring productive closing of sales;
  10. Facilitates timely submission of requirements in commercial bids;
  11. Takes efforts to maintain good relationships with clients, conducts effective probing, inquires about client concerns, and attends client calls with the sales team;
  12. Prepares pricing computations, quotations and proposals, in coordination with the Senior Plant Manager/ Operations Manager (Quadsys, Inc.) and Business Operations Manager (TAWItech);
  13. Coordinates with Operations head regarding the requirements or concerns of clients;
  14. Enforces aligned sales strategies and regularly report on sales performance; 
  15. Translates client purchase orders to production job orders cascade to production, logistics and construction
  16. Monitors execution of job orders and ensures alignment in all requirements / specifications in deliveries and construction;
  17. Manages the on-going long-term contracts of all clients (especially for Pallet Rentals) and facilitates contract renewals or repeat orders;
  18. Ensures alignment of contracted agreements with client vis-à-vis execution of projects and policies;
  19. Negotiates with client on troubleshooting scenarios that necessitate deviations from agreements;
  20. Leads group monthly sales meetings to recalibrate action items to achieve goals.
  21. Prepares the necessary reports to Management, such as but not limited to:
  • Sales Reports
  • Summary of Customer feedback
  • Other reports as needed
