  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities with construction projects, electrical contractors, and systems integrators.
  • Build and grow a nationwide dealer and distribution network.
  • Explore new sales channels, including strategic partnerships, digital platforms, and innovative go-to-market approaches.
  • Work with management to shape and execute market entry strategies for fiber optic cable products.
  • Track and analyze infrastructure and construction project pipelines for potential leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to tailor proposals and close deals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, site visits, and business meetings.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within construction, electrical supply, or telecom industries.
  • Self-starter with the ability to create opportunities proactively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach in business development.
  • Knowledge of the Philippine construction market and key industry decision-makers.
