Role Description
The Business Development Manager, Table Games is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for table game products and services. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized table game solutions to casino partners.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities related to table games (live tables, proprietary games, side bets, shufflers, layouts, or digital table products).
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial offers to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with casino operators and partners.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with casino executives, gaming managers, and procurement teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Monitor client performance and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Market & Product Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory environments within the table games space.
Provide feedback to product, operations, and marketing teams to support product development and optimization.
Support the launch of new table games or enhancements in existing markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with operations, compliance, marketing, and product teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing performance.
Coordinate product demonstrations, trials, and installations where applicable.
Ensure all business activities comply with gaming regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
37+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the gaming or casino industry.
Strong knowledge of table games and casino operations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred
Experience with proprietary table games or gaming equipment suppliers.
Established network within the casino or gaming industry.
Familiarity with gaming regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
