What You'll Do
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the Philippine and Malaysia market.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Engage senior stakeholders and decision makers to understand business needs and position solutions effectively.
Drive upsell and cross sell opportunities with existing and inactive clients.
Conduct discovery meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align sales strategies and ensure successful client onboarding.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine go to market strategies.
Meet or exceed revenue targets and provide regular reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and performance.
Represent the company in industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings as needed.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
6+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (SaaS/B2B/CX preferred)
Proven track record of closing deals and managing consultative sales cycles
Strong pipeline ownership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic, commercially driven, and comfortable working in growth-stage environments
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
Passion for building and growing the CX/SaaS market in the Philippines and Malaysia
