Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pasig or Cebu for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, establishing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to drive the company's growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client projects. In this role, you will also develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and business development
  • Strong skills in market research, strategic analysis, and opportunity identification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and present proposals, manage client accounts, and oversee contract negotiations
  • Experience in the logistics, fleet management, or GPS tracking industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
