As a Business Development Manager, you will take charge of
- Delivering & performing on the following KPIs for brand/seller partners, through internal & external coordination with concerned departments:
- Content management & optimization
- Campaign strategies & execution
- Chat response representation of the brand/seller
- Operations capacity and process implementation
- Progressive revenue trend and overall online sales performance
- Fostering client relationships; work with sales and marketing teams and other support teams available
- Designing sales growth proposals; handle client communications and prepare client reports; and communicate client agendas to other staff members
- Ensuring clients needs are met and their voices are heard while coordinating with others and fulfilling the contractual day-to-day duties
- Maintaining positive client NPS
What we are looking for - the ideal profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada ecosystems.
- Proficient in Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint (strategic storytelling).
- Proven ability to lead client relationships and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong commercial skills to secure favorable terms and campaign placements.
- Communication: Fluent in English with high emotional intelligence and interpersonal flexibility.
