Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will take charge of 

  • Delivering & performing on the following KPIs for brand/seller partners, through internal & external coordination with concerned departments:
  • Content management & optimization
  • Campaign strategies & execution
  • Chat response representation of the brand/seller
  • Operations capacity and process implementation
  • Progressive revenue trend and overall online sales performance
  • Fostering client relationships; work with sales and marketing teams and other support teams available
  • Designing sales growth proposals; handle client communications and prepare client reports; and communicate client agendas to other staff members
  • Ensuring clients needs are met and their voices are heard while coordinating with others and fulfilling the contractual day-to-day duties
  • Maintaining positive client NPS

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada ecosystems.
  • Proficient in Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint (strategic storytelling).
  • Proven ability to lead client relationships and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial skills to secure favorable terms and campaign placements.
  • Communication: Fluent in English with high emotional intelligence and interpersonal flexibility.
