JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for passionate and determined candidates to drive and support Singlife's growth. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by building and nurturing relationships with partners, ensuring that we deliver on our commitments, and ultimately adding value to both our partners and customers.

Partnership Management

  • Responsible for establishing and building relationships with potential and/or existing partners
  • Pitch the value proposition of Singlife, assess opportunities for synergies, craft proposals, business casing, negotiate partnership terms, and close a mutually beneficial agreement
  • Develop success plans and execute initiatives to achieve both partner and Singlife's goals
  • Regularly track and report on key metrics to ensure partnership success
  • Serve as the main liaison between key strategic partners and internal Singlife teams
  • Manage relationships with partners, ensure continued collaboration, and mitigate any potential issues

Sales/Growth Management

  • Deliver required sales targets/plans in terms of Annual Premium Revenue (APE)
  • Turn committed plans into reality from planning, executing, monitoring, to optimizing
  • Develop strategies and business plans with partners and execute against metrics and milestones to drive user growth
  • Regularly track and report key sales performance metrics and drive actions toward meeting business targets
  • Work with Campaigns, Brand , and Sales Support teams in conceptualizing, executing, and managing acquisition campaigns/initiatives
  • Identify further areas of opportunity for growth and drive new value propositions
  • Utilize analytics and draw insights to initiate, recalibrate, or optimize initiatives to deliver desired results
  • Work closely with partners to maximize customer awareness and increase the number of customers accessing our distribution platform

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related courses or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of cumulative experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Relationship Management, Sales and Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Management, or Campaign Management preferably with exposure in technology and innovation for industries such as Banking and Finance, Insurance, Telecommunication, or service delivery apps
  • Insurance knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience in planning and executing on-ground event activations or marketing activations is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional (e.g., product, sales, strategy, marketing) teams and negotiate effectively with C-level executives
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with a partner's C-level executives to present Singlife's strategy
  • Data-driven, analytical, and solutions-oriented: must be able to ask the right questions, draw actionable insights, and drive solutions
  • Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Flexible and quick to pivot: highly adaptable to changing business needs and priorities, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Self-starter who can own and deliver tasks proactively with minimal supervision
  • Passion for sales and achieving results
  • Open to working in a start-up environment, setting up things from scratch, and constantly learning and improving as we grow together
