Job Description

The Business Development Managers main task is to facilitate the long term and sustained growth of the residential business by ensuring development of new projects and analyzing the current performance of existing properties. He/she will be responsible in conducting market reviews and feasibility studies of new projects and potential investment opportunities for recommendation to Senior Management and Executive Committee.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Financial Analysis, Evaluation, Reporting and Modeling
  2. Market Research - analyzing location-specific market trends, competitor performance, supply and demand situation and macroeconomic factors
  3. Projections and forecasting
  4. Presentations and Reporting
  5. Land/Building Acquisition
  6. Collaborating and synergizing with other business units
  7. Propose and develop strategies and new business models to grow the business
  8. Report and Memo writing
  9. Assisting on investment strategy and financial management
  10. Budgeting

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in the field of management, finance, economics or real estate
  • At least 5 years experience in Business Development (specialized exposure to real state), economics, banking or finance
  • Specializing in the residential industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Must have basic knowledge in finance and accounting
  • Candidate must also have skills or experience in business management, leadership, project management, negotiation, acquisition, asset management
  • Must be amenable with onsite work arrangement
