Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Activity:

  • Responsible for growth of existing portfolio of clients and increase revenue spend per account
  • Plan and execute account plans and sales campaigns to deliver against target
  • Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to LNRS solutions

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with senior-level decision makers and influencers at assigned customer accounts
  • Drive referral based activities to expand opportunities within key accounts
  • Establish strong working relationships with all internal stakeholders within LNRS in order to develop and deliver bespoke customer solutions

Market Knowledge:

  • Keep abreast of industry developments and derive the impact this would have on LNRS solutions
  • Monitor competitors activities and share with wider team regularly
  • Build a community within each account and externally with relevant market players, associations and authorities
  • Understand LNRS product roadmap and articulate future vision to clients
