Job Description

What Youll Do

  • Hunt down and close new business opportunities with hotel and property owners and other strategic partners
  • Pitch, present, and negotiate deals that consistently hit (or beat) your targets
  • Create customized proposals and pricing that fit each partners needs
  • Design and execute sales strategies to expand our footprint
  • Build long-term partner relationships by delivering great support and keeping clients happy
  • Keep a pulse on the market and competitors to spot new growth opportunities
  • Share regular updates and insights with the Business Development Manager Lead
  • Help improve our sales playbook, client engagement strategies, and business development programs

Who Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 12 years of sales or business development experience is a plusbut high-potential fresh grads are welcome
  • Confident communicator with strong English skills
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
  • Natural closer with a hunger to win new business
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
  • Can start ASAP (bonus points )
