The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our business (MQ). This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can effectively articulate the value proposition of our services to potential clients.
- Identify and research potential clients and target markets through various channels
- Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to generate qualified leads.
- Maintain and update a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct needs assessments and understand client challenges to tailor service solutions.
- Present compelling proposals and presentations showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business deals to achieve sales targets
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Contribute to the development of business development strategies and sales forecasts.
- Provide feedback to management on market demands and client preferences to help refine service offerings.
- Willing to be reassigned here at Mr. Quickie Head Office, located at M. Eusebio Ave. San Miguel, Pasig City.
- A bachelor's degree in any business course.
- With at least 3-5 years of experience in the same position.
