Manage and oversee the marketing and commercial performance of contract logistics, domestic and distribution of BCO accounts.
Develop and implement business plan and marketing strategies consistent with DPWPH business strategy.
Develop and implement marketing plan and sales strategies to surpass set company sales targets and volume ensuring profitability.
Primary sales contact point for prospects and the sales account owner for BCO customers.
Find and develop qualified leads, convert through sales process into prospects and customers.
Sell, create, develop and implement compelling value proposition that foster strong relationship with BCO customers by leveraging with the end-to-end integration of all assets/entities worldwide - ports, global freight, 3PL, contract logistics, domestic freight and distribution and other logistic solutions.
Participate and win BCO freight, contract logistics and distribution bid.
Ensure that safety, quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and service commitments are met.
Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for service improvements, increase in revenue yield and client management.
Partner and communicate with suppliers, customers, and other key stakeholderss
Manage and develop commercial staffs.
Create and manage budgets.
Organize multi-functional project teams involving finance, legal, commercial, engineering, and operations as needed for a specific project.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field.
5 - 8 years experience in ocean/ air freight forwarding, port, customs brokerage, logistics, warehouse, or transportation sales and marketing.
Worked directly with BCOs, with proven track record of building and maintaining high quality, long-term relationships.
Strong team player with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
