Annual Salary Range: $58,000 - $115,000

Your Responsibilities
Market and Industry Research
- Market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor dynamics and changes in customer needs
- Formulate and implement the regional market business development plan, define the target customer group, market entry strategy and sales strategy
- Share strategic insights with internal teams
- Provide first-line advice for the company's product planning, pricing strategy and marketing activities (in line with the company's framework and local market conditions)
Business Development
- Find, screen and evaluate potential customers (distributors, breeding enterprises), establish and continuously update the list of target customers
- Design different contact strategies for different levels of contacts
- Establish relationships with key decision makers of potential customers through phone calls, visits, technical exchanges, etc.
- Deeply excavate customer pain points and accurately present the value of the company's lighting solutions, facilitate customer purchase decisions and sign cooperation agreements.
- Analyze the development failure cases, find the reasons and strive for cooperation
Product/Service Delivery
- Reasonable management of customer expectations of product/service delivery time and effectiveness to avoid dissatisfaction caused by information asymmetry
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth delivery of products/services
Customer Relationship and Value Maintenance
- Actively visit customers, pay attention to the customer's use of products and deliverables, to ensure that customers can obtain the expected value from the cooperation
- Customer on-site basic technical support such as product use demonstration, installation and debugging, troubleshooting, to quickly respond to customer needs
- Actively and quickly handle customer complaints and disputes, maintain the company's brand image
- Deliver the voice of customers, promote the company's resources to optimize products and services, and meet customer expectations
Cross-departmental collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing
- Feedback customer demand and competition information to the product development team to drive product iteration and innovation
- Feedback customer complaints and suggestions with the solution department to optimize the company's services
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher; a bachelor's degree in animal husbandry, marketing, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of business development experience in the livestock industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successful B2B enterprise sales or new market development; strong capabilities in consultative selling and solution-selling.
- Strong drive for advancement and achievement motivation; able to thrive under pressure and deliver on challenging objectives; capable of independently developing market strategies.
- Proactive, highly responsible, positive mindset, strong communication skills
- Able to independently analyze and resolve complex business problems.
- Truly focus on customer interests and commit to creating long-term value for customers.
