Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager based in the Philippines to join our international sales team.

This role focuses primarily on email-based outbound sales and lead generation. You will contact companies currently hiring for roles that align with our service offerings and present our solutions as a smarter, cost-effective alternative.

You will report directly to our International Sales Manager, Eli Jr.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify companies hiring for:
• Email Marketing Executives
• Social Media Marketing Executives
• SMS Marketing Executives
• IT Support Executives
• Accounting Executives
• Human Resources Executives
• Virtual Assistants
• Legal Advisors
• Conduct outbound email outreach campaigns
• Present our service solutions clearly and persuasively
• Generate qualified sales meetings
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports
• Meet weekly outreach and performance targets
• Collaborate with the International Sales Manager

Compensation Structure

• Monthly Salary: PHP 14,000
• 30-day probationary period (orientation and performance evaluation)
• Salary payments begin from the second month
• The first month's salary will be accumulated and paid after six months of continuous operation

Performance-based incentives may be introduced based on results.

Requirements

• Strong written English communication skills
• Confidence in sales and persuasion
• Experience in email marketing or outbound sales is preferred
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and business services
