Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual assigned Services Portfolio Revenue and individual service portfolio category targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
  • Build and leverage strong relationships with customer contacts.
  • Generate leads and perform cold calls to prospective customers.
  • Meet with customers/clients face-to-face or virtually.
  • Understand customer needs and respond effectively with actionable plans.
  • Provide a positive customer experience, working as a partner to develop long-term, meaningful relationships.
  • Collaborate with Next Info Techs management to develop and lead the overall sales strategy.
  • Think strategically to set goals and objectives and implement operational changes.
  • Maintain confidentiality to protect company value.
  • Explore opportunities to add value to project outcomes.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of company products and services to advise others effectively.
  • Become a subject matter expert for consistent proposal and opportunity development.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve business operations.
  • Stay updated on market trends and changes in the business environment.
  • Build trusted relationships with potential partners based on collaboration and mutual opportunity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 35 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the I.T. industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving
  • Sales planning
  • Presentation skills
  • Analytical skills for market research and reporting
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
