Key Responsibilities

Achieve annual assigned Services Portfolio Revenue and individual service portfolio category targets.
Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
Build and leverage strong relationships with customer contacts.
Generate leads and perform cold calls to prospective customers.
Meet with customers/clients face-to-face or virtually.
Understand customer needs and respond effectively with actionable plans.
Provide a positive customer experience, working as a partner to develop long-term, meaningful relationships.
Collaborate with Next Info Techs management to develop and lead the overall sales strategy.
Think strategically to set goals and objectives and implement operational changes.
Maintain confidentiality to protect company value.
Explore opportunities to add value to project outcomes.
Acquire a deep understanding of company products and services to advise others effectively.
Become a subject matter expert for consistent proposal and opportunity development.
Continuously seek ways to improve business operations.
Stay updated on market trends and changes in the business environment.
Build trusted relationships with potential partners based on collaboration and mutual opportunity.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
35 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the I.T. industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving
Sales planning
Presentation skills
Analytical skills for market research and reporting
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
