Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Makati. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and promoting HyperGuest's solutions to potential partners. The position also requires preparing sales strategies, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the team to achieve business growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and B2B Sales
  • Strong relationship-building abilities and client management expertise
  • Knowledge of Hospitality, Travel, or Hotel Distribution industries is an advantage
  • Competence in Market Analysis, Negotiations, and Problem-Solving
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development software is a plus
