Job Description: Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
New revenue acquisition
Overseeing sales and some marketing programs.
Tactical and strategic thinking.
Budget development, budget management, profit, and loss computation, and analysis
Contract development, writing, management, and negotiation.
Qualifications:
At least 2 Years in College
Must have 7 - 10 years of business development preferably in BPO setup
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager
Proven sales record, strong business development experience, strong communication skills
Impeccable ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, and reliable. Knowledgeable on sales CRMs.
Understands sales and business development methodologies
Expert in Search engines ( Boolean, google, LinkedIn, etc) email tools, sales navigators
Must be Excellent in written and oral communication skills

Firm understanding of Business and economic trends to develop strategies & contribute to the growth of the
Should be willing to work during the graveyard shift and PH holidays.
