YOUR ROLE
You will lead a sales team focused on acquisition of new customers within the contract logistics business line. You will drive YoY profitable growth through strategic new business wins aligned with the contract logistics product strategy. You will also start owning and driving the CL pipeline to achieve required levels to support required growth and also support CL Ops team with key customer renewals as require.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
- Drive Business Growth - Drive YoY growth in the warehousing and transport products, in alignment with CL Product Team.
- Contract Logistics Sales Strategy - Develop a clear and straightforward sales strategy for CL that aligns with the product strategy and support required growth
- Customer Renewals - Support CL Ops team with commercial aspects of customer renewals as requested
- White Space Process Ownership = Drive the white space process for all CL facility whitespace filling as required. Support the FS team for imbedded opportunities as requested
- Pipeline Ownership - Own and drive the size, quality, and accuracy of the overall pipeline for the domestic ground product
- Hit Rate Ownership - Drive a minimum hit rate of 22% for all contract logistics opportunities
- Market Competitive Offering - Ownership to ensure all customer proposals are market competitive and solution competitive through collaboration with the solutions design and CL Product teams.
- Collaborate Across CEVA - Collaborate with FM sales entities along with product sales team, in addition to CEVA clusters to identify leads and drive closure of new businesses.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of work experience with Contract logistics.
- Bachelor degree in business, Transportation, Supply chain or related field of study
- Sale experience , Specific in warehouse, Transport industry.
- Knowledge in selling warehouse, Contract logistics
- Ability to work in team.
