Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dumaguete. The role involves the following:
Generate and manage client leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms
Qualify prospects and convert leads into active clients
Maintain and update client information in CRM systems
Work closely with the sales and management team to meet growth targets
Qualifications
Strong background inbusiness development & sales
Excellentcommunication, negotiation & presentationskills
Experience inmarket research & trend analysis
Proven ability tomeet and exceed sales targets (closers, not talkers)
Skilled indata analysis & project management tools
Able to workindependently and within a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role is anadvantage
