We're looking for a strategic, handson Business Development Manager to drive growth for a fastscaling digital financial services organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building partnerships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and shaping gotomarket strategies in the fintech or digital banking landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Lead endtoend business development initiativesfrom identifying prospects to closing highvalue partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with key industry players including merchants, aggregators, financial institutions, and technology partners.
- Develop and execute strategies that expand market presence, unlock new channels, and strengthen product adoption.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams (Product, Marketing, Risk, Operations) to turn market insights into actionable plans.
- Analyze performance metrics and market trends to refine strategies and support revenue growth targets.
- Represent the organization in external meetings, presentations, and industry engagements.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor Science in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within fintech, digital banking, payments, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of digital financial products such as ewallets, digital lending, payments, or embedded finance.
- Proven ability to independently build pipelines, manage negotiations, and close deals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillscomfortable presenting to senior leaders and external partners.
- Strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute with speed and precision.
- Highly adaptable, organized, and energized by a fastmoving environment.
