Job Description
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor's degree holder of any course but Marketing and Business Management would be an advantage .
- Experience in generating leads from sales and marketing campaigns.
- Background in B2B sales and marketing would be a plus factor.
- Excellent customer relationship skill.
- Experience on tele sales (cold calling) would be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and lead generation tools.
- 2 years experience in Payroll Solutions/ HR Services (lead generations)
- Schedule: day shift (8AM - 5PM / 9 AM – 6 PM), onsite in Market Market Taguig
- Target Start Date: ASAP
