About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven professional with strong knowledge of the Philippines student market to support student recruitment and develop business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students from the Philippines regarding study opportunities in Australia, UK, Canada, USA and New Zealand
• Assist students with course selection, applications and documentation
• Provide guidance on student visa processes and requirements
• Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups through CRM systems
• Build and maintain relationships with education agents and partners in the Philippines
• Develop new business opportunities and contribute to student enrolment targets
• Support CECA's growth across the Philippines market

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in international education counselling or student recruitment
• Experience with the Philippines market preferred
• Good understanding of international student admissions and visa processes
• English communication skills
• Strong sales, relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and proactive approach
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
