About the Role
Responsible for the development and management of assigned agencies with focus on advisor productivity, agency expansion and leader development.. Assist DOA to drive and execute agreed strategies and initiatives set by the Company
. Business Development
- Champion agency productivity, agency growth and progression to bionic/hybrid agency model
. Manpower Development
- Champion advisor and leader career paths (EADP, Next Gen Leader)
- Oversee recruitment strategies and leader development activities and results
- Long terms manpower and leader development planning for assigned sector
. Agency Management
- Manage communication and agency relationships
- Oversee agency operations of the sector
- Conduct regular Business Reviews with Agency Leaders
- Influence utilization of various digital platforms
