This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pasig for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying opportunities for business growth, developing strong client relationships, presenting and pitching integrated marketing solutions, and achieving revenue targets. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align strategies, analyze market trends, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

• Proven skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy Execution
• Knowledge of Marketing, Brand Activation, and Integrated Marketing Processes
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
• Analytical skills and Proficiency in Market Research and Competitive Analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the advertising, marketing, or activation industry is a plus
