HomeSec is an Australia-based finance brokerage company headquartered in Melbourne, Australia. We specialise in
business lending for Australian SMEs. We partner with 40+ non-bank lenders to match each client with the right funding product quickly, ethically, and with a personal touch. After scaling our front-end acquisition team, we're now investing in a high-calibre Philippine credit unit to take approved applications all the way to settlement.
Why this role exists
You will be the deal-maker who turns qualified applications into funded loans. Sitting at the heart of our back-end operations, you'll own the relationship with both the borrower and the lender, ensuring every deal is accurately assessed, impeccably packaged, and confidently closed.
Key Responsibilities
- Loan assessment Review application packs, analyse serviceability, and identify the best-fit lender/product.
- Client & lender communication Keep both sides informed, gather outstanding documents, and negotiate terms.
- Business-loan selling & closing Present offers, overcome objections, and guide clients to a confident yes.
- Pipeline management Maintain spotless CRM notes and hit daily/weekly activity targets.
- Continuous improvement Share insights that make us faster, smarter, and easier to deal with.
Must-have attributes
- Clear & neutral / international accent that Australians find easy to understand.
- Exceptional verbal communication: concise, confident, empathetic.
- Above average understanding of the English language.
- Proactive / Independent able to think on your feet, act quickly & make decisions on the fly.
- Relentlessly charismatic you turn conversations into relationships and relationships into sales.
- Comfortable working full-time on-site in an office environment.
- High energy, coachable, and hungry for performance-based pay.
No formal finance qualifications required structured training boot camp and ongoing mentoring provided.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in an Australian BPO, call centre, or client-facing role.
- Exposure to Australian commercial lending, mortgage broking, or fintech.
- Familiarity with CRMs such as Zoho, Salesforce, or similar.
