Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities across assigned regions, including prospecting new clients, partners, and channels
  • Own full P&L accountability for your assigned region, including orders, revenue, collections, and profitability
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies, build and manage sales channels, and drive annual targets
  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze products, customers, and competitors — identifying target markets and uncovering core client needs
  • Design and implement comprehensive regional operating plans aligned with the company's product development roadmap
  • Maintain strong external communication and coordination with key regional partners and HQ (international marketing and regional management teams)
  • Lead client engagement, organize technical exchanges, and cultivate long-term customer relationships with telecom operators

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications Engineering, International Trade, or a related field
  • 5+ years of telecom industry sales experience within the Philippines
  • Strong knowledge of small cells, 4G/5G integrated base stations, and CPE products — hardware-focused background required
  • Established network within telecom operators in target regions (procurement or network/infrastructure departments preferred)
  • English as working language
  • Willingness to travel frequently for short and extended business trips
  • Proven ability in negotiation, cross-cultural communication, planning, and client management
