The Head of Business Development is responsible for driving the growth of the company by
identifying new business opportunities, acquiring high-value clients, and expanding the firm's
commercial real estate portfolio. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships with property
developers, landlords, and corporate tenants, while leading initiatives that generate leasing mandates
and revenue growth. The position also represents the company in key industry engagements and
strengthens the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's business development strategy to drive revenue growth
and market expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leasing mandates, and strategic partnerships
with property developers, landlords, and investors.
- Establish strong pipelines of potential clients and projects in the office, retail, and mixed-use
commercial property sectors.
- Lead initiatives to expand the company's client base and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, corporate clients, property
owners, and developers.
- Secure exclusive leasing mandates and consultancy engagements for commercial properties.
- Manage and oversee high-value and strategic accounts.
- Ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business opportunities.
- Generate new revenue streams through leasing opportunities, strategic partnerships, and
advisory services.
- Identify and pursue large-scale or big-ticket commercial real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to convert business leads into successful transactions and
closed deals.
- Represent the company in industry events, conferences, networking engagements, and
property launches.
- Build strategic alliances with real estate developers, investors, brokers, and corporate
occupiers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related
field.
- At least 8 years of cumulative experience in commercial real estate or business development;
and at least 5 years of a leadership role.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation.
- Strong network within the commercial real estate, corporate, or developer community.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
- Willing to report on-site in our office in Quezon City.
