Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related field.
Master's degree (MBA) is an advantage.
Work Experience
Minimum 35 years experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related field.
Proven track record in identifying business opportunities and executing growth strategies.
Experience in retail, telecommunications, distribution, or consumer electronics industry is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build partnerships and maintain strong professional relationships.
High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is an advantage.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Can work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

III. Compensation structure
Component Amount Description
Basic salary P 3,076.93/day Paid bi-monthly, every 15th and 31st of the month
KPI Incentive P25,000.00/month Paid monthly based on the weighted
achievement of the KPIs under Section a. Each KPI contributes proportionally to the total KPI score.
Year-end Performance Bonus Paid annually, every December 31
