The Sales Admin Experienced Staff will play a vital role in providing a wide range of administrative duties ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations and providing excellent support within the business development team. This position will involve data management, document preparation, and team leadership leveraging strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in a sales environment will be essential to ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales processes.
Responsibilities
The Right Fit Scrubbee will
- Collaborate closely with the operations team in creating service proposals, service agreements, and other relevant sales materials and documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and deals within the HubSpot CRM to ensure data integrity and facilitate efficient reporting and analysis.
- Provide oversight to Entry-Level staff, offering guidance and support in their work ensuring their successful integration into the team
- Support in preparing business development and sales reports as needed to guarantee data integrity and insightful analysis.
- Manage the execution and legwork for agreed-upon projects and provide updates to team leaders as needed.
- Address inquiries from the operations team and clients promptly, providing them with necessary information, updates, and guidance.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties involving coordination, filing, and tracking to ensure smooth operations and support team objectives.
- Efficiently process documents or materials for the completion of tasks ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
- Utilize ticketing systems to effectively troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of related inquiries or issues within the business development, providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with senior members to ensure smooth workflow and achieve shared goals, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Stay current with emerging industry trends that leverage new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Qualifications
The Ideal candidate should have
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Development, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in sales administration supporting business development initiatives, contributing a deep understanding of industry practices and processes.
- Proficiency in utilizing any CRM tools, with a preference for HubSpot, to efficiently manage and analyze relevant data.
- Ability to effectively leverage contract management tools, particularly PandaDoc, to streamline contract creation, review, and approval processes.
- A strong team-oriented mindset and is eager to collaborate with colleagues to achieve project objectives.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, enabling effective understanding and response to complex information and ideas
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and support cross-functional activities to achieve shared goals.
- Keen to develop account management and project management skills through hands-on experience and mentorship, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently, contributing to overall business development success.
