Job Summary:
A Business Development Executive contributes to overall company sales target by generating leads, developing business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for assigned products, brands, and services. The role involves customer acquisition, project management, technical sales -support, and after-sales account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through field visits, telemarketing, email, and online channels.
- Promote company products and services, including construction, installation, repair, testing, & commissioning, and preventive maintenance program.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and technical documentation in coordination with project and engineering teams.
- Conduct site visits and technical evaluations to identify customer needs and opportunities for product application, upgrades, or improvements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term business.
- Coordinate and manage projects from pre-bid to turn over, including timelines, milestones, risk assessment, and team collaboration.
- Provide after-sales support, facilitate client training, and develop account growth strategies, including upselling and contract renewals.
- Monitor market trends, gather customer and competitor insights, and provide regular reports on sales, project, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, technical sales, or project management, preferably in construction, maintenance, or industrial products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to conduct technical assessments and prepare proposals or quotations.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects, and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting
- Willing to work on-site at Sta. Cruz, Manila
