Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Ray Business Technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving our enterprise software sales initiatives by developing strategic client relationships and delivering customized technology solutions. This role requires a proven track record in B2B software sales, exceptional communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on RayBizTech's suite of enterprise IT products and services.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers across assigned accounts.
- Manage a pipeline of active opportunities to ensure sustainable revenue growth and client retention.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet short-term and long-term sales targets.
- Clearly articulate the business value of RayBizTech's solutions to address clients enterprise IT needs and digital transformation goals.
- Leverage an existing network of clients or bring in a solid base of potential customers to jumpstart new opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams, delivery units, and leadership to ensure client satisfaction and deal success.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B software sales, with a strong focus on selling to local and international clients.
- Demonstrated success in value-based selling and managing the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions and the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Has an existing network of clients or the ability to bring in established business connections to accelerate lead generation and sales closure.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience working in a consultative sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as D365 CE or Salesforce.
- Exposure to digital transformation, enterprise applications (e.g., D365, Sitecore, Boomi), or AI-driven software platforms.
