Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support the growth of our business through strategic client acquisition within the technology and staffing industry.

This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in client-facing environments, enjoy building long-term business relationships, and have a strong passion for closing deals and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1) Identify, develop, and acquire new clients, particularly mid-to-large-sized companies.

2) Understand client requirements and present tailored business solutions.

3) Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

4) Lead negotiations and close new business opportunities.

5) Conduct regular in-person meetings with prospective clients across Metro Manila.

6) Drive consistent revenue growth through proactive business development activities.

7) Manage prospecting, follow-ups, pipeline development, and client engagement initiative.

Qualifications

1) 4-8 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.

2) Demonstrated success in acquiring and closing new accounts.

3) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

4) Confident engaging with senior executives and business leaders.

5) Experience in technology, IT services, staffing, or outsourcing industries.

6) Comfortable with fieldwork, client presentations, and face-to-face meetings.

7) Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly proactive.
