Your Role

Join our dynamic Direct Sales Team and become a trusted advisor to businesses across the Philippines. As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), helping them identify operational challenges and recommending the right solutions through Odoo's comprehensive software suite.

This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with decision-makers from various industries, gain valuable business insights, and develop expertise in consultative sales, business processes, and technology solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from qualification to closing
  • Consult with SMEs to understand their business operations, challenges, and goals
  • Demonstrate how Odoo's solutions can address customer needs through personalized software presentations
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals
  • Serve as a strategic advisor by providing valuable recommendations and business insights

Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree
  • Communicate effectively in English and Tagalog; proficiency in an additional APAC language is a plus

  • Have experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, or are eager to develop a career in these areas
