Job Description

We are hiring Sales Executives. Manila based.

Numat is a growing manufacturing company producing engineered bamboo materials for the construction and building materials industry. We work with developers, contractors, distributors, and retailers who want high quality and sustainable alternatives to wood.

We are expanding our commercial team and are looking for Sales Executives who are proactive, driven, and hungry to perform.

This is a field focused role. You will be meeting clients regularly across Metro Manila and nearby areas.

What you will do

Build and manage B2B client relationships

Meet customers, present products, follow up, and close deals

Develop your own sales pipeline using a CRM

Coordinate internally to ensure smooth delivery and repeat orders

Represent the company professionally with decision makers

Who we are looking for

Experience in B2B sales

Strong advantage if you have sold building materials, wood products, or construction related products

Confident communicator with strong English skills

Organized, disciplined, and comfortable with CRM tools

Motivated by results and commissions

We are not looking for managers.

We are looking for people who execute.
