Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive, based in Kampala, UG with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong client relationships. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing proposals, and contributing to the company's growth strategy through effective communication and business planning.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Account Management and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships
  • Solid understanding of business strategy and market trends
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and present effectively
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
  • Previous experience in sales or business development, particularly within the food and beverage industry, is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
