Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will identify, research, and compile high-quality leads that drive sales growth. You'll work with top research tools, validate contact data, and maintain clean, accurate records that empower global sales teams to outreach faster and smarter.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1 to 3 years relevant experience
  • Proven experience in lead generation, data research, or sales operations
  • Familiarity with B2B lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Apollo)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent online research skills and the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales or startup environment
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and outbound marketing tactics
  • Knowledge of data enrichment or web scraping tools is a plus

Your Daily Tasks

  • Research and identify potential leads based on defined ideal customer profiles (ICPs) by market.
  • Build and maintain accurate and up-to-date lead lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, etc.
  • Gather and verify contact information including name, title, company, email, phone number, and social profiles.
  • Ensure all lead data is clean, accurate, and consistently formatted before importing into CRM or marketing systems.
  • Maintain data hygiene and update lead information as needed.
  • Track progress and report on lead generation metrics regularly.
