Job Description

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proactively develop the local market by acquiring wall spaces in buildings and other strategic locations to achieve targets.
  • Develop new customers and establish/maintain good relationships with accounts.
  • Generate new demand and provide full support to customers.
  • Present, negotiate, and close contracts with building/property managers.
  • Drive growth of building ownership across CBDs and expand into other provinces.
  • Prepare appropriate proposals for each building.
  • Manage daily office tasks, including monitoring account status, providing updates, and taking action on pending items.
  • Develop specific plans to ensure 100% saturation of building ownership.
  • Coordinate internally with marketing and after-sales support teams
  • Acquire and develop estimation skills and basic technical knowledge of company products and services.
  • Perform other business development and office-related tasks as required.
  • Willing to do fieldwork and work onsite.
  • Possess a can-do and will-do attitude and able to work under pressure.
