Role Overview

General duties include but not restricted to the daily optimization of the sales functions, production, monitoring of metrics & management reports, and the accurate & timely reporting of the new business commercial operations.

About The Role

You'll work closely with senior leaders to build a strategically focused sales pipeline, engage with C-suite decision-makers, and position Aon as the insurance partner of choice across the Philippines Landscape.

You'll lead growth initiatives, leverage Aon Connect tools, and bring our 3x3 strategy to life.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Identifying opportunities for growth both within your existing client base and new business
  • Providing professional, accurate and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholders
  • Preparing proposals for new business opportunities

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

We're keen to hear from candidates with a proven track record in business development. It would be great if you have worked in the insurance sector, but we also welcome applications from professionals with Business Development experience in:
