Business Development Executive

Ai-CHA Ice Cream & Tea is an innovative multinational brand established in Indonesia in 2019. Operating across multiple countries, the company is known for offering high-quality yet affordable ice cream and tea products. As part of the Nanyang Food Group under the Nanyang Group umbrella, Ai-CHA entered the Philippine market in late 2024. The brand is experiencing rapid growth and expansion, driven by its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Paraaque for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing leads, fostering relationships with clients, and maintaining account management. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and contributing to the overall success of the company's Philippine operations.

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong capabilities in Business and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills for building and maintaining relationships
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is a plus
