Business Development Associate

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig for a Business Development Associate. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, preparing and delivering impactful presentations, and fostering strong client relationships. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic business plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives and ensure client satisfaction.

• Skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create and deliver effective Presentations
• Excellent Communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients and team members
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Knowledge of the telecommunications or BPO industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
