Role Overview

Global Rescue is looking for a highly motivated individual to help support the day-to-day operations of our busy Channel sales department. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and work ethic; and is comfortable working in a task-oriented environment, while reserving the ability to think and operate proactively. This role will be aligned with a Channel Account Manager to drive growth and provide support by managing inbound partner and client requests, account maintenance, lead generation and tracking activity in CRM. You should be a customer-centric individual, have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and enjoy the idea of working on different types of projects. A perfect entry-level role for an individual looking to build their sales skills and general business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Channel sales leadership and Account Management
    • Assist with multi-channel new business development initiatives
    • Act as primary and/or backup contact for partner accounts via email, phone, and in-person meetings
    • Expedite requests on behalf of sales team and work with internal teams to fulfill sales team and partner requests
    • Qualify inbound leads, set and facilitate initial meetings
    • Provide support at sales meetings, conferences, and tradeshows as needed
    • Assist with processing of memberships, group enrollments, and addressing partner inquiries
  • Provide world class customer service, support, and troubleshooting assistance for both internal and external customers
    • Assist with new partner onboarding process
    • Assist with training of new and existing partners
    • Assist with dormant partner re-engagement to stimulate new sales activity
    • Assist with partner and end-user education on Global Rescue products
  • Become fluent with Microsoft Dynamics CRM to include support of sales reps, wholistic activity tracking, and account management Create, maintain, and interpret sales data from CRM
    • Continually expand the usage of the CRM to increase sales efficiency and success
    • Provide reports on sales activities
Qualifications

  • BS/BA Degree
  • Relevant internship experience in sales, business development, account management or similar field
  • Quick learner with the ability to pick up new software/technology quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Curiosity and the desire to build and develop their sales experience and capabilities

LOCATION: Ortigas, Pasig City (Full time onsite job)

COMPENSATION: Based on experience + bonus + benefits
