Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving growth and expanding REBEL's client base in the employee wellbeing space. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research to understand client needs and industry trends, and generating leads through outreach, networking, and digital channels. The associate prepares and delivers engaging presentations and proposals to prospective clients, supports sales cycles from initial contact through follow-up, and collaborates with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, tracking performance metrics, and contributing ideas to improve business development strategies and processes.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to build professional relationships.
  • Candidates should possess effective presentation skills and experience creating and delivering compelling presentations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess lead generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and nurture prospects through multiple channels.
  • Candidates should possess market research skills, including analyzing industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
  • Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within B2B or wellness, health, or HR-related services.
  • Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment with strong time management, organization, and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online meeting platforms).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
