Job Description

We are looking for a highly sociable and confident Business Development Associate to support our sales growth by actively engaging with potential clients. This role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, and building relationships through both online and in-person interactions. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-oriented, and comfortable connecting with clients beyond digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through active outreach, networking, and client engagement
  • Conduct initial discussions and qualification of potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
  • Represent the company in meetings, events, and client interactions
  • Schedule meetings or demos with the Sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and client needs

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Proven experience in fieldwork, client visits, or face-to-face engagement
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build connections
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with different types of clients
  • Proactive and not solely reliant on email or online outreach
  • Goal-oriented and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales or corporate client engagement
  • Background in tech, IT, or service-based industries is an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes

Work Setup: Hybrid Field work within Metro Manila and nearby provinces (MuntiParLas, MOA, and nearby areas)
