Business Development Associate (EMEA Market)

Join a global market research and data solutions team supporting clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). In this role, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and ensure seamless transitions from sales to operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Support

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and feasibility studies for EMEA clients.
  • Coordinate pricing, timelines, and requirements with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including pipelines, activities, and reporting.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and partnership opportunities.
  • Manage client communications and ensure excellent customer experience.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Support the Business Development Manager in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
  • Work closely with Project Management and Operations for smooth project handovers.
  • Provide regular updates on account performance, progress, and potential risks.
  • Contribute to strategy discussions to enhance sales processes and service delivery.

General Responsibilities

  • Uphold brand standards and professionalism in all client interactions.
  • Identify and escalate financial or operational risks with recommended solutions.
  • Support regional growth initiatives and achievement of team targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management (B2B).
  • Background in market research is an advantage.
  • Strong English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build relationships across cultures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and able to perform under deadlines.
